Chicharon

If you don't care about your diet? This is the best food for you. This food is prepared by deep frying the pork rind or fat. It sometimes eaten with vinegar or vinegar with chili. Aside from pork rind, chicken skin or pig intestines can also use to make chicharon. It is a delicacies of Bulacan Province on Luzon Island.
