Filipinos is considered as one of the happiest, cheerful and hospitable people in the world. Filipinos are the most optimistic about their outlook on health even though they currently have one of the lowest levels of self-purchased medical insurance and company medical insurance. 


Filipinos are happy relatively happy about their careers and their families but are most optimistic about their health. Whatever problem or tragedy they encountered they always keep smiling and optimistic. Even though, Philippines is not very rich country, facing different problems but still Filipinos keep their heads up high and always happy.
